CEO Name
As a founder, I’m active in every part of my micro Business. I had been engaged in the Rotary club (Humanitarian organization) for many years and worked for disadvantaged people in Bangladesh. I am a traveloholic. Since 2009, I have been involved in the tourism and hospitality business which is known and registered as Stourism. I am also served the director (Training & Research) of the tour operator association of Bangladesh (TOAB). Being involved in the travel business and having a keen interest in learning about different countries and cultures have made me inspired to promote local ethical products into the international market. My biggest inspiration has been the natural material and talent of the Bangladeshi artisans.
Despite many challenges, we are thriving to develop new products to showcase the best that Bangladesh had to offer. We are getting appreciation from our buyers as well as friends and family members. The future dream of Stourism is to build a full-fledged export-oriented ethical factory where the country’s talented artisans will be brought together to provide proper training and recognition of their work.
